Michelob Lager

Michelob Lager:  My husband’s favorite brew, even though he doesn’t drink anymore. It’s nice, but it’s still just a basic “beer” profile to me…not a lot of personality, but it has subtleties’ that make it better than your average “beer”.

Bass Pale Ale

Bass Pale Ale:  Shocker! I was pleased with this beer, and never once wanted to try it because I was afraid of the word “ale”! I liked the maltiness and it had a nice balance of hops that didn’t take over, so it made me happy. I WILL buy this again!

Michelob Ultra

Michelob Ultra:  For 95 calories, I wasn’t impressed with flavor, but for a girl watching her figure, it’ll do.

Busch Light....yep, time to try some National Brands....

Busch Light:  Well, I am not ashamed to admit it, but if I was going to go with a cheap beer, this would be it. It even has more flavor that Coors Original, though that's not saying a whole lot!

Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine Style Ale

Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Ale:  To quote my dear husband and one of his favorite sayings. “tastes like cow piss (in this case, Bigfoot piss) strained through a dirty nylon” GROSS! I dumped it ALL down the drain!

Ayinger Brau Weisse

Ayinger Brau Weisse:  True Bavarian style Hefeweizen. It’s not a typical tasting beer by any means, most Bavarian brews have a very distinct flavor that’s hard to describe. Very good though, makes me feel like I’m travelling to a foreign country!

Bridgeport Stumptown Tart Strawberry Ale

Bridgeport Stumptown Tart Strawberry Ale:  It didn’t hit me over the head with Strawberry flavor, it was nice, but Sam’l Smith makes a better one.

Dogfish Head Festina Peche

Dogfish Head Festina Peche:  TART! It was a good version, but I think the Lindemans Peche Lambic has one over on this one. If you can find it! If not, this will do.
