Phat Matt’s Kolsch Ale: This beer had a nice balance between
toasty malts and bitter hops, and the flavor lingers on the tongue well after
it’s been downed. It was something I might prefer to drink with my dinner,
perhaps a hearty club sandwich or BBQ chicken. But not something I would drink
for refreshment purposes only.
