Rogue Ales Hazelnut Brown Nectar...needed a touch more hoppiness!

Rogue Ales out of Newport, Oregon is another brewery which I have kept a distance from because I find their offerings to be harsh to my delicate palate (ahem. Just go with it, mmmmkay?) This Hazelnut Brown Nectar promised to have a rich nutty flavor and a smooth malty finish (must be the malt I like as opposed to the hops)...and it was good. But I'm going to say something a little odd sounding to those who know me ....It could have stood to be slightly MORE bitter! It was good, but it just tasted a bit bland, it needed some bite!
