Deschutes Black Butte Porter

Deschutes Brewery Black Butte Porter: Well, I have never been a lover of really heavy beers, and this falls into that category for me. I usually want to sip on a beer to get some refreshment, and this is more like a meal. It’s not bad at all, but I couldn't tolerate more than a few sips. It says on the bottle that it uses chocolate malts, and admittedly…I am NOT a chocolate lover. Maybe that explains it. And besides, I thought it tasted more like black coffee.
