Mendocino Imperial Barley Wine Ale

Mendocino Imperial Barley Wine Ale: My palate is far too delicate for this stuff! For one, it has 11% alcohol (thus referred to as a “wine”), however, since it is derived from grains it is actually a beer. I had to take very tiny sips of this to discern the flavor. It’s still just too strong for me. I get the beer like aftertaste, but I cannot tell what anything else is, other than STRONG! If you’re used to heavier liquors, this might be right up your alley, just not for me.
