21st Amendment and Ninkasi Ale Brewed with Dates:
Considering Ninkasi’s brews are usually bitingly bitter, and 21st
Amendment put out my favorite brew of last year, I was a bit concerned at what
this united effort might bring. It isn’t bad at all. It has a mellow
bitterness, and a slight sweetness (which I guess must be the dates) packed
into a somewhat heavy 8.5% ABV brew. It came in a 4-pack, and so I can’t get
away with only drinking one. Definitely one I will share with my sister in law
Brittany (saving them for you darling!) because I think she will love it.
