Williams Bros. Brewing Kelpie Seaweed Ale:  This was TOTALLY not what I was expecting…it wasn’t at all bitter, it actually had a lovely mellow chocolate flavor, and was quite delicious! If you ever see it, you shouldn’t be afraid of the reference to seaweed…it didn’t taste like the ocean at all!
