Spire Mountain Pear Draft Cider....who would want to eat a pear when you can have this?

Hello Spire Mountain! I love your naturally fermented Pear Draft Cider! It's perfectly tart, just like biting into a fresh pear, but makes me feel all warm and fuzzy (5% alcohol) unlike eating a pear...I think I found my new summertime beverage! At least, until I try Spire Mountain's Apple Draft Cider,...who's gonna win this battle? We'll see next time :)

  1. An anonymous person has sent me 3 messages regarding the nutrition content that I had initially posted as being 87 calories (I have since updated the post to omit that)...the bottles I got in the cardboard 6 pack had included that information on it, and I am afraid this beverage is not as low calorie as I had thought. I did not contact the company, but "Anonymous" did and stated they were informed it is 193 calories. However, since I didn't do the legwork myself, and "Anonymous" is choosing to remain that way, I cannot vouching for anything. Drink up, at your own dietary risk, and as always, Drink Responsibly...CHEERS!

  2. Hi Becca! Your anonymous friend is right. I contacted the company myself to find out, & both of their apple ciders are 193 calories, while the pear cider is 206. The ingredients are basically hard cider, sugar, natural flavors, & a few additives. Sadly, this cider isn't low calorie, but it is still a great treat when out with friends!
