North Coast Brewing Scrimshaw Pilsner: A very simplistic and tasty beer considering all the heavy/spicy/seasonal brews I’ve tried lately. The bottle says “water, malted barley, hops, yeast, and that’s all!” Sometimes it’s just the simple things that make you happy. This pilsner had a lovely, well balanced flavor, crisp but not bitter, and not too toasty. Easy to drink! |
