Rogue MOM Hefeweizen

Rogue MOM Hefeweizen (brewed with Coriander and Ginger):  This had a base flavor of your typical coriander flavored beers, but the addition of the ginger was perplexing to me. I couldn’t tell if the “bite” I detected was from that or the hops. I’m going to say it was the ginger that gave it an agreeable spiciness, because the bite I get from hops is just bitter. At any rate, this is the first offering of Rogue Ales that I actually finished the whole bottle! I must have liked it…
