Cascade Lakes Brewing Rooster Tail Ale: This is the “flag ship”
beer from this brewery, and I enjoyed its classic appeal. It wasn’t too heavy,
it had a fruity/citrusy crispness, which paired with the light toastiness from
the malt, made it quite a palate pleaser for me. Since I am such a baby when it
comes to heavy brews, you might understand my delight in this simplistic ale.
