Sierra Nevada Estate 2011 Homegrown Ale: Well, I was hopeful that this would be
delicious to me since it was quite a spendy bottle, but no such luck. I know
there are plenty of Sierra Nevada fans out there, they are a VERY popular
brewery, but I rarely find one I love. This is described as having earthy
grapefruit like flavors and layered spicy aromas…all my palate detected though
was a slightly citrus but strongly acerbic taste. I *wish* I could give better
reviews to this popular brand, but alas, my palate finds most of them
offensive.
