Big Sky Brewing Co. Summer Honey Seasonal Ale: The honey lends a subtly sweet, but slightly bitter flavor to this brew, but overall it has a nice taste. I wouldn’t classify it as a refreshing beer though; it would be best served with complimentary foods, like grilled or barbecued meats. It took me well over a week to work through the six-pack that I bought, not because I didn’t like it, but because it was heavier to drink than the usual brews I prefer.
